THE SLEEP CONCIERGE: The 3-4 Month Baby Sleep Course Agreement
This agreement is entered into between The Sleep Concierge ("The Company") and you, the client ("The Client").
- Confidentiality We are committed to providing you and all clients with a positive course experience. Once you have made the commitment to the course and The Sleep Concierge has approved your participation, you agree to abide by all course guidelines as set forth by The Sleep Concierge.
- Intellectual Property We respect your privacy. We shall not, either directly or indirectly, communicate or disclose, make available to, or use for our own benefit or for the benefit of any other person or entity your personal information or other confidential information shared during the course. Similarly, you shall respect and keep confidential the proprietary information and intellectual property of The Sleep Concierge.
You hereby agree and undertake to:
(1) not infringe on any of The Sleep Concierge's copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights;
(2) keep confidential any proprietary information shared by representatives of The Sleep Concierge during the course;
(3) not disclose such confidential information to any other person or use it in any manner other than for your own personal education;
(4) acknowledge that all materials and information provided to you by The Sleep Concierge are its confidential and proprietary intellectual property, belong solely and exclusively to The Sleep Concierge, and may only be used by you as authorized; and
(5) not reproduce, distribute, and/or sell these course materials, as this is strictly prohibited.
- Payment & Fees: (1) Total course cost: $97USD (2) Payment is due in full upon registration to access course materials.
- Refunds (1) Due to the digital nature of this course, no refunds are offered once course content has been accessed. (2) If you experience technical difficulties accessing the course, please contact customer support for assistance.
- Course Inclusions (1) This 3-4 month baby sleep course includes:
- 11 module online course with videos, handouts and resources

This agreement represents the entire understanding between yourself and The Sleep Concierge. It supersedes all other negotiations and discussions prior to your registration. You agree that no other representations have been made by The Sleep Concierge to induce you into registering for this course. No modification to the terms of this agreement shall be effective unless in writing signed by both parties.
By completing the registration process, you confirm your full understanding and agreement with the information outlined above.
